I had a wonderful time. Remy was the greatest tour guide. I must say he really educated us on Dubai and answered questions that was asked by the group. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Anything we asked they did. This was my first tour with Gate 1 and I'm ready to schedule one for the Spring 2023. I will traveling many more trips with Gate 1.

My trip was amazing. Our tour guide Remy was quite experience. He has a clear understanding of the culture of the country and was quite eager to answer to any silly questions we may have. Wanted to take a moment to say how enjoyable the trip was for my wife and I. Our tour guide Mr. Attia was exceptional, knowledgeable and professional in carrying for the group. He made the whole experience one that we will never forget. It is because of him and the tour guide we worked with in Greece (Nina) that we will only travel with Gate 1. As soon as our arrival to Cairo Peter was waiting for us, we felt welcome immediately, he took care of our Visa process and he took care of our suitcases. He is very good, friendly and he has a wonderful personality. Nihal, our tour guide is AMAZING, she has a very warm personality and she is very highly motivate guide, her knowledge about Egypt history is incredible and she made us felt very welcome. In these days of lingering Covid 19 impact, travel, while opening up, can still be a challenge. Gate 1 Travel made the journey my wife and I took to Oman and the United Arab Emirates a great experience from the moment we booked the tour. We were kept well informed of all of the Covid 19 protocols up until the last few days before our departure. I have to give particular thanks to Shonda (hope that is the correct spelling) who provided invaluable assistance in confirming our airline arrangements after a couple of hiccups with the airline prior to our departure. Much appreciation to Shonda and the Gate 1 airline staff! Attia was a top notch tour manager and guide from the moment we met him in Muscat, Oman until we bid our farewells in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. More than just a guide he was a teacher, concierge, historian and friend who paid attention to every detail during our journey. Masoud was a superb tour guide throughout our time in Oman. He and Attia worked perfectly together to make journey through Oman a very special adventure. All of the accommodations were outstanding and the drivers were excellent-we always felt safe traveling to each destination. The local meals on this journey were especially delicious! Kudos to Maryam and the amazing meal she prepared for our small group of 9 in her lovely home. Thank you once again Gate 1 Discovery Tours for a job well done!

I just came back from My 7 day classic Dubai tour, and it was one of the best vacation ever! I want to thank Gate 1 travel for a wonderful experience. There are no words in the English language that can sum up the experience that I had in Dubai ,UAE. From the moment that I landed in Dubai it was a trip of a lifetime. From the hotel to the tours it was amazing. The Tour guide Hend. She is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly tour guide that I ever had in my 10 years of travelling abroad. The things that I learn from her was informative and very much appreciative. As an American we/I get a lot of all information from TV which I now now can be bias to one's culture and religion. Hend professionally and educationally provided me to an insight to the Islamic culture that I had no knowledge of. Hend is incredible and anyone that has the fortunate of getting on her tour...you are so lucky.. Gate 1 provided top-notch travel, hotel, tours and service!! Naveen our Guide at Abudhabi, Dubai was so knowledgeable with all the history & helpful . She offered to be my photographer when we were touring alone Lol . She's fun to be around & friendly ! Dubai was an awesome place to see & visit ! Loved the trip & all the people in my group was lots of fun ! They are my friends now !!!

I want to mention our local guide in Oman, Mr. Masoud. He was the one welcoming us in Oman and taking the group on the first day of sightseeing. He was an absolute delight to have all throughout Oman. He was eager to assist and answer questions and he provided loads of information. Besides, he was always perfectly groomed in the local garb and he had a charming, gentle disposition. I also like to mention the lunch at the Khana Khazana restaurant in Muscat. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

We loved it! We were very pleased with the activities, the hotel, and the guide. Dubai is a very interesting city!

My trip with my 3 girlfriends was amazing. Gate 1 you did an excellent job.. everything was done professionally and so organized. Ramy the tour guide and Sunil must be your best team members! Incredible time in Dubai! Did not know how this independent trip would be since we always take guided tours. Our stay in the the Novotel was wonderful, welcoming staff, clean and pleasant facilities, amazing breakfast! We were also happy that there were a few good restaurants, markets and the metro within walking distance. The optional tours were interesting, varied, and reflected the culture of the country. So glad to have booked all of them! The guides were punctual and professional. Needless to say each time we travel with Gate 1 proves to be an adventure. Interesting to note that we went with another couple we met on previous Gate 1 tour. Have recommended Gate 1 to many friends and family. Looking forward to Japan in April.

Had a wonderful time. It was hard to believe that 20 years ago; Dubai was a desert. All the buildings were above my expectations. The Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is something to behold. Both hotels were beautiful and our guide Attia was fantastic and went into great detail everywhere we went.

My trip was phenomenal, amazing, mind blowing and spectacular...As it being my first time traveling with gate 1 travel I must say my expectations were beyond met plus more. Gate 1 travel took care of literally "everything" and it made for the traveler to do what is most important enjoy the trip...Our tour guide Chris was amazing she is very good at her job and made for a fun trip. Was very informative on the history of UAE. Our bus driver was so kind and punctual such a kind hearted individual. Upon arrival Sunil was so courteous, accommodating and thoughtful I never expected to be welcomed with such kindness. I wont lie when I first booked with gate 1 travel I was soooo skeptical but a few days during the trip I was already searching for my next adventure. I always wanted to travel for a living and although that dream is far and wide I can somewhat live it out through gate 1 services...I definitely will be taking another trip with gate 1 again once I save up enough but until then I will let my imagination take me on a adventure.

Our trip to Dubai was by far the most amazing trip I have ever taken! We were both absolutely fascinated by the country, the architecture and the history. Everything went so smoothly from the moment we landed to the day we left. The hotels were beautiful, the food was amazing and there are not enough accolades for our guide, Attyia. His knowledge of the area was absolutely mind-boggling. He had an answer to every question asked (and there were plenty!) and kept everything perfectly on schedule. Everyone agreed he was the best guide any of us have ever had. Since returning I have told so many people about this tour and many who had no desire to visit there are now planning on going next year. I may ever consider going again! Once again, Gate 1 lived up to our expectations and more. Can't wait to do another trip!

We enjoyed the trip very much, and thought that it was an excellent value. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are beautiful cities, and it was fascinating learning about the cities, their history, and the Emerati culture from our guide GiGi. This was the first time that we've traveled with Gate 1 and everything was well done and handled perfectly, in fact we've already recommended Gate 1 to others friends, and one of the couples just booked a river cruise with Gate 1.

My trip to Dubai went of without a hitch. Wonderful trip with beautiful people at a reasonable price - from Emirates Airline and food, to Hilton Garden Inn (Al Muraqabat) and staff, to the tours and tour guides, and the other tourists! I loved it! Loved seeing Dubai! Thought everything was taken care of at the airport, the hotel was great and Gigi our tour guide was fantastic. The side tours were engaging. Would defiantly go on another Gate one tour again.

The trip to Dubai was absolutely amazing. This was our first non-escorted trip from Gate 1 so was not sure what to expect but it exceeded our wildest expectations. Dubai was wonderful. The itinerary was great. Our guide was very personable and shared a wealth of information about the country and culture with us. The highlight of the trip was the masque and desert safari.

Our trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi over Christmas surpassed every expectation we had. What an eye opener to another part of the world. The trip was very educational. It was packed with activities. The hotel accommodations were top notch. The food was good and varied. The bus driver was experienced and a safe driver. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Attia S., a/k/a Tito. He was bright, educated, well versed in the culture and sights, humorous, and spoke perfect English. If we were a rating service, this Gate 1 trip would be at the top of the scale.

We are still jet lagged and also in awe about the "cultural immersion" tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The cultural diversity of these two mega cities was something that we did not expect to see, especially in this part of the world. Nearly 85 percent of the population is comprised of expatriate workers. This is our second tour with Gate 1 Travel and we will gladly do it again. Credit goes to our knowledgeable tour guide Mr. Attia from Egypt.

The trip was fantastic! We would absolutely use Gate 1 again. In particular the two tour guides were superb!! Shalini guided us on the half day Dubai city tour and the full day Abu Dhabi tour. She is the BEST guide we have had any time anywhere. She MADE the two tours! Amy (I think that was her name - it was so much easier to pronounce we thought we'd easily remember it. I hope we did.), our guide for Sharjah, was also terrific. She knew so much about Sharjah having lived there that the morning with her was fascinating. Super, super, super. Kudos to Gate 1 for finding such capable ladies.

I have been adjusting back to my time zone but had in incredible time in Dubai. So glad I was able to go & have been recommending Dubai & Gate 1 to friends. Can't wait to get another stamp on my passport.
